Event Purpose

The “Aichi International Student Festa 2026” (Festa is a word for “Festival” in Japanese, and it’s derived from Italian!) is an event held as part of the “Project to Promote the Settlement and Active Participation of International Students in the Region,” organized by Aichi Prefecture.
At the event, we plan to create opportunities for foreign students seeking employment in Japan to connect with companies, offer Japanese cultural experiences, and establish an information corner for international students.
With a variety of activities throughout the day, there is something for everyone to enjoy. We look forward to welcoming you all.

Content: ①Job Fair: 34 companies looking to hire international students are scheduled to participate.
②Job Hunting Support Seminar: We offer seminars to help you with your future job search, as well as fun events.
③Experience Japanese Culture: We offer calligraphy and tea ceremony programs where you can experience Japan's traditional culture.【For details and to apply, click here】
④Information Booth: Providing various information useful for life in Aichi Prefecture, including details on attractive tourist destinations.
Eligible Participants: International students studying at universities and other institutions in Aichi Prefecture and neighboring prefectures

Language Support Volunteers Wanted

We are recruiting language support volunteers to help make the “AICHI International Student Festa 2026” a success!
（We especially welcome international students whose native languages are Vietnamese and Nepali.）

On the day of the event, we ask for your support in assisting international students who are attending but are not yet fluent in Japanese.
Would you like to support international students in enjoying the festival with peace of mind by utilizing your native language skills?
We welcome applications from those interested in international exchange and those wishing to expand their network among international students.

Number of people: 5 to 6 people
Gratuity: 2,000 yen QuoCard
Time: 9:30～17:00
Responsibilities: ・Guidance in the student's native language or a language in which they can communicate effectively during registration
・Interpretation between Japanese staff and visiting international students
・Additionally, language support for international students who are not yet proficient in Japanese
・Support tasks related to event operations (such as venue guidance and assistance)
