Summer 2025 Interns.
Nine undergraduate and graduate students, including international students from China and Sri Lanka, participated in the internship program.

We were given presentations on the theme of “Education in Their Own Countries.” In Sri Lanka, we learned many things we didn't know before, such as: “Elementary, middle, and high school education are compulsory,” “Tuition, textbook fees, and uniform costs are all free,” and “With a literacy rate of 93%, the nation places a strong emphasis on education at the national level.”

We asked them to give a presentation on the theme of “Education in Their Own Country.” China's education system is quite strict, being an elite education and academic background-oriented society, yet some children end up refusing to attend school.

We welcomed international students from Nepal and China to participate in our summer internship program for the 2025 academic year.During the anti-loosening treatment process, the intern is experiencing the task of setting screws into the machine. The work involves meticulous attention and tension, but the intern remained calm throughout the task and asked questions whenever there were uncertainties about the procedure.

On-site staff carefully explained the mechanism of the press machine and the dies. Interns showed interest even in difficult topics, learning through repeated questions.

The final day of the internship concluded smoothly with a presentation session. Despite the short duration, high-quality reports were delivered, eliciting smiles and positive reactions from participating employees. A commemorative photo was taken at the end.

We conducted the 2025 Summer Internship Program for International Students. Four international students from China and Nepal participated.

Throughout the implementation period, a serious attitude toward the training was evident.

Active communication took place, with participants posing questions in response to our explanations and voicing their own opinions.

Participating international students shared feedback such as, “I learned about the importance and role of water supply and sewerage services,” and “I gained knowledge about Japanese business etiquette that will be useful in my future activities.”
